Your wedding decor is tops on your mind after you’ve hired your wedding planner, photographer and or videographer, DJ and booked your wedding venue. Now it’s time to design your magical wedding day! Many brides I remember a wedding I shot in Chicago this past May, Amanda had a beautiful gold and floral arrangement for her table tops. They perfectly matched the golden chairs that surrounded the guest tables.
Each table had a ton of detail! With many weddings I’ve covered the table cards (small cards that have the table number) are small and not easily readable. In this case, these table cards were simple, elegant and added a nice touch to the overall esthetic of the presentation.
Bright colors, trendy popcorn party favors and a masterfully set table made for some fantastic photos.
The head table was arranged with a long with linen cloth, in addition to the similar table settings, you saw the bridal bouquets line up to create a wall of color.
The floral arrangements were overdone, they took the minimalistic approach and wow did it pay off! don’t get me wrong, I love big table settings but these flowers weren’t taking away from the overall look of the presentation. They were small but beautiful. A lot of table settings are super tall and make it almost impossible to connect with others guests at the table, usually other family members and friends.
Each guest got a personal popcorn gift from Garrett’s Popcorn, it tasted sooo good. Do you want a nice final touch to your guest tables? Get them some of that Garrett’s popcorn.
The head table was topped off with this gorgeous arrangement of pink, red, and white flowers. They also threw in some green stuff. Can you tell I’m not a florist? lol.
When you put together all of these elements you get a stunning table top set that will please your eyes and your guests! This simple and elegant table arrangement took her Chicago Resort Wedding to another level. She didn’t need gaudy centerpieces or super crazy color schemes. In this case reserved was best as it brought out the more finer feels in her wedding.
